And I haven’t had other complaints, but I have had several compliments, so I believe it’s working for most people. Unfortunately, it’s not something I can control on this end. It might depend on which browser you have, on which computer, and how much memory available, and even, in some cases, controls that your Internet provider, or your company internal provider, may or may not have on bandwidth and videos.

For anybody else having a problem, please at least try to close as many windows as possible to free up memory on your computer. Beyond that, although I’d like to help, I’m afraid you’d have to refer it to your own computer support resources.
